Maertin Heating and Cooling is proud of the growth we’ve recently experienced, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Our customers tell us they trust our technicians and our service and they feel confident in our fairness. Because of this, our business is very happy to receive referrals to new customers from existing customers all the time – and we are making sure we are hiring the best people to continue our tradition of leading edge technology and service coupled with unmatched, friendly customer service.
Please meet our new team members.
Paul Wagner started working in HVAC in 1996 after graduating from Environmental Technical Institute. Paul has a very thorough and expert knowledge of older HVAC systems, while staying on top of the latest breakthroughs in HVAC technology. Customers appreciate Paul’s willingness to listen to their concerns and answer all their questions. Customers also see how much Paul enjoys diagnosing and repairing their systems.
Paul has lived in Mokena since 1989 and is married with a daughter. He is an amateur radio operator. If you have questions about fishing, barbecuing or smoking meats and other foods, Paul is the guy to ask.
Working for Maertin, Paul says, is “by far the best. They treat employees like family and always have the best interest of customers in mind. Maertin makes sure things are done right.”
Beth Hunt is part of our Customer Service department and that suits her down to the ground. Beth is in customer service for the “service” of it – she likes making sure customers get the service they deserve. She’s been working in HVAC since 2020 and in customer service since 2006.
Beth loves that every day in customer service is different because she’s always solving new problems. She feels the Maertin team and our customers make Maertin an outstanding place to work.
She is a resident of Mokena and has been married since 2006. She and her husband have three children and two cats.
We are so pleased to add Paul and Beth to the Maertin Heating and Cooling team! Please say “hello” on our Facebook page – they’d love to hear from you!
